Dig deep into something that is not too clear
Only beginning to let the feelings appear
Their scars burn deep as the sun rises
I am not ok with the way this has been done
Respect is the issue, so bright and painful
Youโre understanding is now on the table
I am over begging and trying
It is your turn or this will be dying
Everlasting is the hurt and burden
This is the bed, now pull the curtain
I am over loving and comforting
It is your turn to begin my healing

Thank you so much that means the world to me. I hope you understand that I will be taking a break from participating in awards for a little while, but I am truly honored!

This reminds me of the past pain related to the ending of my long term marriage… very well done. I like the use of the hospital metaphor (did I say that right?) within the piece as well.

Wow. I can definitely relate. I can’t help tying this also to Fallon’s situation in The Hysterics for some reason.
