What is in my fridge…This one is pretty simple, I always keep:

  • Kale
  • Plain Greek yogurt
  • Canned Tuna
  • Sliced Turkey
  • A bunch of different hot sauces and marinades
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • grapes
  • carrots
  • jalapenos
  • spinach
  • cucumbers
  • britta filter
  • Apples
  • baby greens
  • limes
  • lemons

I’m pretty much a healthy nut and believe this saying! It really is true, if there isn’t bad food in my house, I don’t eat it because its not there…I have really tried to transform my life into a healthy one, emotionally and physically and this is one of the steps that I took.
